[Uaflug] [OT] Looking for a serial level converter

OK, so this is sort of off topic, but it is for an OpenWRT router, after 
all. :)

I'm about to buy one of these:

But before I order it, I'm wondering if anyone locally has one, or knows where 
I can get one locally.
