[Uaflug] Why no single sign on at UAF?

So, does anyone here know why we don't have single sign-on (presumably  
via kerberos) for our various user accounts here at UAF? I have sn and  
sx accounts on the various servers that I work on, but have to  
maintain different passwords for every single machines and with 2  
account per machine to track, my head is spinning. Coupled with  
different accounts for banner/oracle and then meeting maker and  
whatever else they toss at me here, I know password management is  
going to be a chore for me.

I am wondering why it is not implemented at UAF. Anyone know why??
