Not to endorse GVEA's 0.19 KwH rate... but yea, nor have I lost a PSU as
I've been here almost 12 mos.  And, my main server has been online 8-10
hours a day for 10 mos... approx.

I initially saw some really cheap PSU's back in the late 1990's, and
since, have just always bought high end ones as it was a requisite for
SMP and Nvidia AGP cards during thouse times.
