who should cgi scripts be run as?  For what reasons would they not be 
able to run?  At a site I am working on I have some scripts that will 
run and some that won't.  

Look at ksua.uaf.edu/mserv  when you hit the Guest access button you can 
enter the site.  However when you enter a login name and password you 
get errors.  you should be able to enter guest guest and get the same 
result as using the guest user button.  

Any Ideas?
