[lug] Streaming Audio

The streams were down for a while due to someone accidentally
disconnecting the network access. I am not aware of any other problems
aside from the lack of network connectivity, which should not be fixed.
For the same reason the linux mirrors and mailing list were also down. If
you do have any concerns about things not working correctly, feel free to
mail me and I should be able to help.
