An idea,

To make it legal, I would setup another listserv that isn't using the 
University resources.  Or yes, use Fairbankstraders.com (UAF would work to, it 
just can't be on a UAF server.. and I'm thinking about the military).  Then 
you aren't using anything with the university.  You could put an html 
'listserv' or messageboard on there to simulate this new trading serv.

Just make sure you don't start putting up the cray and we'll be cool ;)

I think it is a great idea, look at how popular our local 'tradio' is.
