First locate the install directory. In the UAFLUG's case, it is /var/wiki/lugwiki.
To delete the pages themselves, go into the data/pages directory and delete the offending pages there.
To delete the entries from RecentChanges, edit data/edit-log and delete the lines that contain the deleted page names.
