I actually got my Creative Labs Sound Blaster PCI-128 to work by using
the Ensoniq AudioPCI 137x option in the latest kernel, and it works.
But, it doesn't seem to be interfacing with the volume control
correctly.  If I start an application at wherever my volume is on the
actual speaker hardware (in this case my stereo tuner), I have to crank
it more for the sound to go up.  I'm not certain there's anything that
can be done about it, but if anyone has a tip or trick they can pass on,
much appreciated.
