Charge $5 for the CD.  The number of people who would part $2 but wont
part with $5 is pretty small.  Making change will be easier and the LUG
will end up with a fistful of cash even after the expo fee is paid.  Can
anyone line up a CD-R to have at the booth?  We could burn them as needed
(we'd want to be ahead but we don't want a huge inventory).
